This area lets you update what visitors see. Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
Open a section's editor. Each directory is edited and published on its own, so changes here never touch the rest of the site.
Edit Trails →Places, Adventures, Sports, Facilities and Stories will appear here as each one is wired up.
Shown when a visitor reaches the first milestone on their journey. Keep it short and local — a hidden gem, a fun fact, a seasonal tip. Change it whenever you like.
These buttons show on the home screen, under “On Now”. The two team buttons always show. Tournaments only appear while at least one is listed — add them when a tournament is in town, remove them after it ends.
Saving now publishes to everyone automatically \u2014 no redeploy needed. This section is only for making a manual code backup of the current teams/tournaments, or restoring an older hub-links.js file by hand if you ever need to.
Controls whether the “Aboriginal Experiences” tile shows on the home screen. Switch it on whenever content is ready — no redeploy needed.
Controls whether the “Maps” tile shows on the home screen. Switch it on once the map is tested and ready — no redeploy needed.
Each week I'll send you a finished data block to paste below. Preview it, then Publish — it goes live for every visitor immediately, no redeploy needed.
Preview — this is exactly what visitors will see on the On Now page:
Free "just list me" requests submitted from the advertise page. Add the ones you want to Places, then dismiss.
Recommendations submitted from the Locals’ Picks page. Approve to publish it live immediately, or reject to discard it.
The floating button in the bottom-right corner of the home screen. It stays hidden until you switch it on and add a link — use it to send visitors to your Ask MAC page.
Saving keeps the button on this device so you can preview it. To show it to everyone: tap Copy code, then paste it into a new file named chat-button.js next to index.html in your site folder, then redeploy the whole folder to Netlify.
Pins that live only on the map — not full Places listings. Good for a mural, a viewpoint, a historic marker, a tour stop. Saving here publishes straight to the map, no redeploy needed.
Or tap the map below to drop / move the pin directly.
No location set yet.
When checked, the map card's button links to your On Now page instead of driving directions — matched to this venue by name.
Build a walking tour: name it, add stops in order, save. On the map, tapping the tour draws the real walking route between your stops.
Or tap the map to drop the stop's pin directly.
No location set for this stop yet.
Manage a business's coupon offer. Publishing here flags that business as a Coupon Partner, adds the offer to the public Coupons page, and sends an instant push to everyone subscribed to coupon offers.
Not listed in Places? Type their name instead — it doesn't need to match a listing.
Shows a Directions button on the coupon page — useful even if this business isn't in Places.
Shows an Email button on the coupon page for customers to contact the business.
Shows a Website button on the coupon page. https:// is added automatically if you leave it off.
Shows “In support of …” on the coupon. Manage the list below in Sponsor Organizations.
How many times this offer can be redeemed in total, in steps of 10. Leave blank for no limit. Shows as “X of Y claimed” below and on the Coupons page, and the redeem button stops working once the limit is hit.
Turning this off hides the offer without ending the business's Coupon Partner status — the monthly tier keeps running either way.
Self-serve coupon signups from businesses (scanned from a sponsor's link/QR code, or from the Advertise page). Nothing here is public yet. Once you've confirmed the Stripe payment landed, Approve & publish to make it a live coupon — or Reject if it's spam or they changed their mind.
Self-serve Top Pick / Featured / Ambassador signups from advertise.html. "Already listed" entries just need their tier applied to an existing business; "New business" entries need the listing created too. Confirm the Stripe payment landed, then Approve & publish — or Reject.
Nonprofits/youth groups signing businesses up as Coupon Partners. Add one here, then copy its signup link to put on the cards/QR codes you give them — any business that signs up through that link shows up already credited to that group.
Tap start, speak your message, tap stop. Up to 5 minutes.
